Peridot

Olive-golden mineral composed of magnesium and iron silicate. The stone has an intensely green color, which is due to the presence of small amounts of chromium or nickel. Once, due to its similarity to emerald, it was called the "poor man's emerald." The size of these stones allows jewelers to obtain over 100-carat gems. Peridot adds courage.
