Complaints and Returns

The basis and scope of our liability for product defects under warranty is defined by generally applicable legal regulations, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, and for sales contracts concluded before December 24, 2014, by the provisions of the Act of July 27, 2002, on specific conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 141, item 1176, as amended).

All goods available in the online store Your RING.PL are covered by a 12-month warranty. Complaints will be considered only upon presentation of proof of purchase: receipt or invoice. The entire procedure is based on the provisions of the Civil Code. The complained item along with a description should be sent by registered mail to the office address:

Withdrawal from the contract

In the online store Your RING.PL, we provide the possibility to return purchased rings. Returns are made according to the following rules:

1.       The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract (Article 27 of the Consumer Law) without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for costs specified in Articles 33 and 34 of the Consumer Law.
2.       The deadline for withdrawing from a distance contract is 30 days from the moment of receipt of the goods. To meet the applicable deadline, a statement must be sent before its expiration.
3.       The statement of withdrawal from the contract can be presented by the consumer in the form of a form, the template of which is below, or in another form that complies with the Consumer Law.
4.       The seller is obliged to immediately confirm receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the contract – via electronic message.
5.       Withdrawal from the contract means that the contract is considered not concluded.
6.       The consumer is obliged to promptly return the purchased item to the seller, but no later than 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract.
7.       The consumer returns the item that is the subject of the contract from which they withdrew, at their own cost and risk.
8.       The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the item that is the subject of the contract, due to using it in a manner inconsistent with its purpose.
9.     The seller will promptly refund the consumer the payments made by them, including the cost of delivering the ordered items. If the consumer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the seller, the seller, in accordance with Article 33 of the Consumer Law, will not refund the consumer the additional costs. This will occur no later than within 14 days from the day of receiving the statement of withdrawal from the contract.
10.   The seller will refund the payment using the same payment method that the consumer used. If this does not incur additional costs, by mutual agreement of both parties, the payment method may change.
11.   The seller may withhold the refund of the payment received from the consumer until the item is received or proof of its shipment is provided.
12.   According to Article 38 of the Consumer Law, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract where the price/remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market, which the seller does not control, and which may occur before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
13.   According to Article 38 of the Consumer Law, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract where the subject of the service is a product made according to the consumer's specifications, on special order, or of an individual character or properties.
14.   If the consumer expresses a desire to return an item of an individual character or properties, they may do so, but under conditions individually agreed with the seller.
