Every ring available in our store is made with the utmost care and using carefully selected stones.

All the gemstones we use are natural, except for laboratory diamonds and moissanites, which are also included in our offer.

With each order, we include a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming the quality and compliance of the product with the description. Additionally, for rings with diamonds, we provide a Certificate from the Polish Gemological Society, which confirms the authenticity, quality, and weight of the diamonds.

The diamonds we use are characterized by high clarity, most often in the range of VS1–SI1, and a color of around G – considered nearly colorless, maintaining a bright, natural sparkle without visible yellow tones.

For selected diamonds, international certificates GIA, IGI, or HRD are also used. Information about the use of additional international certificates is specified individually on the product page.

Warranty

Every product purchased in our store is covered by a 12-month warranty.

Shipping and Returns

UPS/InPost Courier:

- prepayment to the account: free of charge.

- cash on delivery: 15 PLN.

InPost Parcel Locker:

- free of charge.

Personal Pickup Krakow:

- free of charge.

Order processing time:

5 - 10 business days. Delivery via parcel locker or engraving extends the order processing time by 1 business day.

Some models and sizes may be available sooner. If you are in a hurry, please write to us or call, and we will let you know if faster order processing is possible.

Returns:

within 30 days of receiving the product.

Free Size Adjustment

We provide free size adjustment of the ring for up to 30 days from receiving the product!

The range of possible size adjustments for the ring depends on the design and in case of a large size discrepancy, the ring will need to be made anew. We only accept rings for size adjustment in new condition (without signs of use) along with the certificate and receipt. If the size turns out to be inappropriate, please contact us immediately.

Ring Personalization

We offer extensive ring personalization, allowing you to create unique jewelry tailored to your expectations. You can choose any gemstone (other than the standard offer – upon prior confirmation of availability), metal color, and the perfect ring size.

We also make custom rings in 750 gold. If you are interested in a 750 gold ring, please contact us – we will prepare an individual quote and discuss the details of the order.

We also offer the possibility to design and create a ring from scratch, according to the client's individual project. If you dream of a unique ring made from the ground up, contact us – together we will create an exceptional design and guide you through the entire fulfillment process.

Free Engraving on the Ring

We offer free engraving on the ring, which will give the jewelry a personal touch. Just enter the engraving text in the message for the seller when placing your order.

Due to the individual nature of the product, the engraved ring is non-returnable and can only be ordered after prior payment (no cash on delivery option). We perform the engraving after confirming the correct ring size or after any necessary adjustments. The engraving service extends the order fulfillment time by 1 business day.
